Piers Robinson on Syria, the West and propaganda
One of the many red pills that I have swallowed during the "Covid era" is that NATO are not the good guys and that Bashar al-Assad is not the bad guy.
In fact, if you think that he is the baddie, then you're probably on the wrong side of history.

I have a friend, born in Syria. His grandparents fled Palestine for Syria in the 1970s and became refugees. They were unable to return to Palestine and the family had no alternative but to stay put. Consequently my friend is stateless – Syria won’t give nationality to refugees and Palestine won’t give nationality to persons born abroad. He told me about his life before he fled Homs when the war started, from which I conclude that Assad isn’t a good man unless you are from his tribe
