Quite same Chavez’s path and nice speech in somepoint of its government. Right diagnostic, wrong path. A rich country is not a rich people. Gaddafi just lived longer and for more time faked a america’s friendship, until he could take his own tiranny to light. Then he became friend of tirants and finnanced a worldwide revolutionary armies, just to take the place of western ruling power and place his own. Mafia kill each other sometimes.
